I don't know which one you're referring to but I have a good idea how it must be. We've seen enough examples of bad pwps in every fandom haven't we ;-) You're right.. even PWPs need to have a purpose, a beginning and an end and kudos to authors who can do a good job of it without having to resort to long-winded storytelling that some ppl fall into. *points at myself* :D
